Kevin served as a member of the Tulsa Police Department’s Homicide Unit, Street Crimes Division, and was also a member of various local and Federal Violent Crime Task Force positions. Parking Lot Safety and Awareness
The majority of employee harm caused by criminal activity takes place within a business’s parking area. From stranger assaults to incidents of domestic violence, this section of training will help your employees create a safe strategy and vigilant awareness that will help keep them safe as they arrive and depart from work each day.
Trauma Injury and Health Emergency Response
This block focusses on life-saving treatment of mass blood-loss injuries, proper responses to health-related emergencies, use of an AED, and how to efficiently coordinate and expedite emergency responses from police, fire, and medical responders.
Workplace Violence Indicators and Duty to Report
From disgruntled and recently terminated employees, to domestic violence episodes within the workplace, this block of training teaches the employee to become more aware of behavioral indicators that can lead to violence within the workplace. This block also de-escalation techniques and outlines each company’s proper reporting avenues so that intervention measures can be put into place before the situation becomes volatile.
Physical Security Assessment
Prior to every site training session, Kevin will conduct a walkthrough of your facility and conduct a security vulnerability assessment that will cover perimeter and structural vulnerabilities as well as internal and process security measures that can be improved upon. At the conclusion of the visit, Kevin will produce a discreet report with value-engineered suggestions that will enhance your facility’s physical security dynamic.
